Our family helping your family since 1908 - Generations of Excellence

William Patrick Glabb

William passed away at 59 years of age on Oct. 6, 2010 with his loving family at his side. Linda, Bill’s wife of 35 years, devoted son, Jason and loving daughter Erica, along with dear friends, Dr. Barry Barclay, Janet Barclay and Ron Morin attended the family viewing.

Originally from Ontario, left behind to mourn him are brothers: Robert (Joan), Bernie (Sis), Brian (Nancy) and families.

Bill loved St. Albert, being a lawyer and working with so many exceptional people in the legal community. Bill volunteered with many organizations. He coached basketball and baseball and chaired the Museum Board.

Bill, along with Chief Robert Horseman, Council, and Jack Patterson negotiated a major First Nation land claim settlement. He recently received recognition for his pro bono legal services.

Bill was cremated October 13. Bill was a proud Albertan with many fond memories of magnificent Lake Louise. Forevermore when we think of Lake Louise, we’ll smile and think of Bill.

A Memorial Service, graciously led by Willard Robitaille will take place on Friday October 22 at 11:00 am at St. Albert Funeral Home, 9 Muir Dr. St. Albert, AB. with reception to follow at the same address.

Friends who so wish may kindly make memorial donations to the charity of your choice.
