Our family helping your family since 1908 - Generations of Excellence

Kenneth Allen McKinstry

Ken entered into his heavenly eternal home following a brief and courageous battle with cancer, complicated by a life long battle with Crohnís disease. Kenís faith was strong as he labored through his final days, praising God in prayer and song.

Ken is the only child of Margaret McKinstry and Ken McKinstry Sr.

He is survived by his loving wife, Carla (nee Middleton); daughter, Meaghan; his parents; Aunt Rosemary; cousins: Ted, Robyn and families; stepdaughter, Jaana Seaman (Jeff) and stepson, Dave Pipke; father and mother-in-law, Terry & Marg Middleton; brother-in-law, Kent (Robin) Middleton and family; sister-in-law Celeste Middleton; and a large extended family.

Ken enjoyed a broad career in sales and marketing, including for several local sports franchises. He also treasured time spent with his daughter as she brought him much joy.

The families extend their appreciation to the staff at the Sturgeon Hospital for their care and support during his short stay.

A Celebration of Kenís life will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., at Gospel Centre Church at 9445 Ave. and 153 St., Edmonton, AB.

Interment to take place at St. Albert Cemetery, Poundmaker Road, St. Albert.

In Loving Memory of
