Obituary

On Wednesday November 18, 2015, David closed his book on a life full of travel, adventure, and experience. He was the second son of David and Katherina Enns. Born December 31, 1926, in Plum Coulee, Manitoba, four months after the family immigrated to Canada.

Davidís career was agriculture and education, whether working for the Saskatchewan government, the United Church of Canada in Korea, or the vocational colleges in Fairview and Lac La Biche, Alberta, his purpose was to help others. David also loved the outdoors, golfing, fishing, sailing, rock collecting, and aviation. After retiring he and Marion developed a love of Ocean cruises, which only stopped when health issues started to catch up to him. Marion passed away in the summer of 2009 which left a hole in Davidís heart that never quite healed. They are now together again, this time for eternity.

Approaching his 89th birthday David was predeceased by three of his brothers, Gerald, Jake, and Eric, as well as Marion his wife of 59 years. David is survived by two sisters, Lola and Laura; by brothers, Fred and Ted; by two sons Don and Murray, five grandchildren Kylie, Erin, Wesley, Jacqueline, and Anuthida, and by two great-grandsons Josef and Xavier.

A celebration of Davidís life will take place at will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 24, 2015, at Connelly- McKinley Ė Edmonton South Chapel, 4820 Meridian Street (Meridian Street can only be accessed by heading SOUTH on the Anthony Henday Ė Hwy 216. In Loving Memory of
David Enns
