Our family helping your family since 1908 - Generations of Excellence

Judith Marlyn Moore

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Judy Moore of St. Albert.

Left to cherish her memories are her loving husband, Glen; her daughter, Kelly (Shane); son, Richard (Melissa); five grandchildren: Matthias, Seth, Brynn, Rylun and Silas; sister, Sheila (Colin); nieces: Shannon (Nic and family) and Kari. Judy was predeceased by her parents: Marvin (1987) and Evelyn (2009) Lyonais.

Judy excelled in all things she endeavored. This is especially evident in her work and family.

Judy's career as a nurse reflected her caring, nurturing and devotional personality. Judy was well loved by patients and colleagues alike. She never hesitated to go the extra mile. During Judy's illness many, many colleagues reflected on her kindness and professional mentoring.

Judy's greatest joy in this world was being a mother to Kelly and Richard and a grandmother ("BESTA") to her five grandchildren.

Judy was always so good at humorous stories and practical jokes. She never failed to keep all of us in stitches.

Judy will be forever remembered as a loving wife, mom, "Besta", sister and favorite auntie, also a woman of courage, ambition and unmatched character.

A Special thank-you to the staff at St. Albert Sturgeon Hospital Units 17 and 18, and also the caring staff at Norwood Hospice.

Please plant a perennial in your garden this spring in memory of Judy.

In Loving Memory of
Judith Marlyn Moore
(Maiden: Lyonais)
