Clifford Hill



Cliff passed away at the Jubilee Nursing Home on Sunday, August 11, 2013 at the age of 92 years.

Cliff was born in England and served in the British Army during WWII before immigrating to Canada.

Throughout his long life in Canada, Cliff enjoyed volunteering, especially at the Royal Alexandra Hospital. He enjoyed selling candy, Watkins products and miscellaneous items at several Edmonton flea markets. Here, he was known as the “Candy Man”.

Cliff is survived by his niece Elaine Miller, who resides in Manitoba.

There will be a Graveside Service to inter Cliff’s urn at 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 26, 2013 in the Tofield Cemetery, Tofield, Alberta.

In lieu of flowers, if friends desire, donations may be made to the Edmonton Humane Society, 13620-163 Street NW, Edmonton, AB, T5V 0B2.
